The ACHS Marching Band Fundraising Committee develops and promotes activities that assist the families of our Band students to earn money toward their annual fair share band fees. We all know that county/state support of arts programs is slim and that it is up to the students to pay for these programs.

Fair Share amounts are annually determined through a budgeting process, include all of the expenses associated with providing instruments, uniforms, music, meals, transportation, Assistant Directors, and much more. Fundraising programs vary in type from car washes, football ads, Coupon book sales, cheesecake sales, and more.

Football Ad and Banner Sales

July 1st - August 3rd (Deadline Extended to 8/24/18)

Our first major fundraiser of the year!  The band producers a football program that is distributed at each home football game.  Many of our local business and sponsors purchase ad space in this program, which is viewed by hundreds of attendees during the football season.

Coupon Book Sales

Cheesecake Sales

September 24th - October 15th

Just prior to the Holiday season, one of our most popular fundraisers is the cheesecake sales.

Car Washes

Monthly (check calendar for dates)

The band hosts a monthly car wash, typically the first Saturday of each month, at a selected location.  Dates, hours and locations will be posted on the calendar each month.
