Hello All,
Below is an itinerary for this week’s Band Camp. When the second week of camp is more finalized I will send that out. Please note we will have a notary this Wednesday and Thursday before camp to help you get your Medical Form signed. Please take advantage of Ms. Rao’s help. We can’t risk having students without proper paperwork!
Secondly students will be signing up for our Car Washes this week and our first of the year is this Saturday. I will send out more details soon, but this is just a heads up for those who missed it on the calendar. It’s 8am-3pm at McDonald’s, 14529 S Military Trail, Delray Beach, FL 33445.
Also an update on Football Ad/Banner Sales below.
Football Ad/Banner Sales!

Important Band Camp Reminders!
- Dress appropriately. You will be outside a lot!
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Sunglasses
- Light Clothing
- Sneakers, NO Sandals or Flip Flops!
- Eat a good breakfast! No heavy meals. Light food and fruit is best. Avoid milk, especially large amounts.
- Come hydrated & bring lots of water! Drink water the night before and morning of camps. It makes a BIG difference! Bring a big jug of water, not a 20oz bottle!
- Don’t forget your lunch. Bring a packed lunch. Students are not allowed to leave campus during camp hours except for special circumstances submitted by a parent in writing!
- Come early. So that you are ready to start on time!
- Paperwork. As mentioned above. The paperwork is attached just in case you need it!
- Instrument. You’ll need it. If you don’t have one we’ll work to check one out for you.
- Locker Number. If you checked out a locker at mini-camp, we hope you wrote down the combo!
- Football Program Ad Sales – As we have stated all summer our biggest fundraiser is going on till Friday, 8/3. If you have any new sales bring them in! Keep selling. This is the most profitable way to work on your Fair Share! Don’t know what this is? Make sure you ask before it’s too late!
